Job Description

Ritz Floor & Decor Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales workers and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, and authorize return of merchandise.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
