About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Labourer to join our team at JAGBRING CONSTRUCTION LTD. As a key member of our landscaping team, you will assist in the construction and maintenance of outdoor spaces, ensuring high-quality results and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in Landscape Constructions: Collaborate with our experienced team to build and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces, including gardens, parks, and other landscaping projects.
  • Tie and Secure Plants: Ensure plants are properly secured and cared for, promoting healthy growth and development.
  • Weed, Prune, and Trim Trees and Plants: Maintain the appearance and health of trees and plants through regular pruning and trimming.
  • Cut Grass: Maintain lawns and other grassed areas to the highest standards.
  • Rake and Collect Refuse: Ensure outdoor spaces are clean and free of debris.
  • Remove Litter and Garbage: Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Cart and Spread Topsoil and Other Materials: Assist in the preparation and application of topsoil and other materials for landscaping projects.
  • Lay Sod or Seed: Assist in the installation of new lawns and other grassed areas.
  • Plant Bulbs, Flowers, Shrubs, and Trees: Assist in the planting of new vegetation, promoting healthy growth and development.
  • Apply Fertilizers: Assist in the application of fertilizers to promote healthy plant growth.
  • Dig Cemetery Graves: Assist in the excavation of graves for cemetery maintenance.
  • Repair and Maintain Equipment: Ensure all equipment is in good working order, promoting efficiency and productivity.
  • Water and Tend to Plants, Lawns, and/or Gardens: Assist in the maintenance of outdoor spaces, ensuring they remain healthy and well-maintained.
  • Operate and Maintain Landscape Maintenance Equipment: Assist in the operation and maintenance of equipment used for landscaping projects.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Under Pressure: Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Repetitive Tasks: Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Physically Demanding: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and manual labor.
