Key Responsibilities- Product Preparation: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked bakery.
- Baking and Decorating: Bake mixed dough and batters, frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet our high standards.
- Staff Management: Train staff, schedule staff, and oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods to drive business growth.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, maintaining our reputation for excellence.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
