Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Student Life Richmond staff team to create a Christ-centered community and culture of holistic wellbeing.
  • Manage the daily functions and operations of the Student Life Coordinator and Intern role(s), providing mentoring and supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet the relational and spiritual needs of international students.
  • Collaborate with Student Life Student Ministries staff to plan and deliver outreach programs for the Richmond student population.
  • Coordinate and support the delivery of Intensives student retreats and content, including outreach/Habitat trips.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Three to five years' experience working with international students.
  • Strong experience in ministry with a clear understanding of spiritual formation and faith integration.
  • Significant intercultural training is an asset.
