Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cash Handling Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for counting and moving cash assets from the gaming floor while maintaining a safe and welcoming work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Count and verify cash and cash equivalents
  • Organize and secure the storage of count carts, drop boxes, and bill cartridges
  • Report suspect cash and cash equivalents
  • Verify and reconcile before and after counts
  • Bag, bundle, secure, and transport counts
  • Provide information for reporting purposes
  • Communicate effectively with operational departments
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external guests
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in high volume cash handling and counting
  • Food safety certification
  • Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License

Work Environment

  • Back office environment, standing or sitting for long periods of time, non-traditional work hours
  • Morning shifts begin at 4:00AM, 5:00AM, or 6:00AM
