About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team at Coastal Lifting Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, and place equipment and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Mobile and Tower Cranes: Safely and efficiently operate mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, and place equipment and materials.
  • Clean and Maintain Cranes: Clean and lubricate cranes to ensure optimal performance and extend their lifespan.
  • Assemble and Erect Cranes: Assemble tower cranes on site and perform routine maintenance work to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Install Hoisting and Rigging Equipment: Assemble, erect, and install hoisting and rigging equipment to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Site Environment: Outdoors, at heights, and in a dangerous environment.
  • Work Setting: Urban area, high-rise building construction sites, and various locations.

  • Manual Dexterity: Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
