About the Role

Mehgan Search and Rescue (MSAR) is seeking a skilled Animal Breeder to join our team. As an Animal Breeder, you will be responsible for handling animals, assisting in regular exercise, and providing care for our canine companions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Animal Handling: You will be responsible for handling animals with care and attention to detail, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Exercise and Training: Assist in regular exercise, such as walking, and provide training to our animals to assist persons with disabilities.
  • Pet Care: Provide general care and maintenance for our animals, including feeding, grooming, and cleaning.
  • Security and Safety: Conduct criminal record checks, vulnerable sector checks, and ensure valid passports for all team members.
  • Screening Questions: Answer screening questions, including whether you are legally able to work in Canada and have previous experience in this field.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in this field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 50 hours per week.
