About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our Portable Crushing team at Miller Paving Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of heavy equipment, including skid steers and front-end loaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including skid steers and front-end loaders
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment and complete maintenance records
  • Travel with the portable crushing team for extended periods
  • Work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends

Requirements

  • Experience operating heavy equipment, loader specifically
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Crushing experience
  • Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
  • Basic computer knowledge
