Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Sobha Investments Ltd. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
- Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment
- Assist housekeeping staff in performing duties
- Establish work schedules
Our housekeeping department operates in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or related role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
