Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of UGG products, including features, benefits, and styling options.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to a team environment, working collaboratively to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain a high level of accuracy with cash handling and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and employee break area.
- Participate in visual merchandising efforts, including product displays and store layouts.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
- One year of retail store experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
