Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective service.
Cuisine Specialties:

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in Japanese cuisine.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
