The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ruby on Rails, with experience in shipping clean, well-tested code quickly. They will also have experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).

The company is a revenue-generating business that has received funding, and they are looking for someone to join their team of 10 developers. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable and efficient Ruby on Rails applications
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Ensure high-quality code and adhere to coding standards
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the codebase

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of professional software development experience
  • 3 plus years of Ruby on Rails experience
