Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at E J Walsh & Co. Inc. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present sales contracts to clients
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Read blueprints and specifications to determine material requirements and dimensions
  • Assess client needs and provide recommendations for our products and services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products and services
  • Deliver sales presentations and provide product demonstrations
  • Estimate and quote prices, credit terms, and delivery dates
  • Provide input into product design and development
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and training
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales and technical support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of presentation software, word processing software, and electronic mail
