Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a CRM strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives
* Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
* Analyze customer behavior and preferences to inform marketing campaigns and improve customer experience
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement e-commerce strategies
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of CRM initiatives
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CRM and e-commerce marketing
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in CRM software and e-commerce platforms
