Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team at S.i. Systems. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and Terraform infrastructure as code for a major insurance client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Propose and implement guidelines for platform development activities, including automation to enable software development and deployment.
  • Assist in performing root cause analysis, interpreting results, and suggesting solutions.
  • Analyze requirements and develop plans to implement solutions in conjunction with product management and architects.
  • Assist in the discovery phase of medium to large initiatives to come up with high-level design.
  • Ensure conformity between deployment environments.
  • Independently handle and provide additional support in solving software/systems monitoring issues and escalations.
  • Complete medium to high configuration activities such as alerts, dashboards, etc.
  • Independently automate deployments for solutions as code.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer developing CI/CD pipelines.
  • 5+ years of experience with AWS cloud (EC2, ECS, EKS, S3, Security).
  • 5+ years of experience with Terraform IaC (Infrastructure as Code), Ansible Tower.
  • Craft CMS (installation, configuration, administration).
  • MySQL Database.
  • Docker Desktop.
  • Web Server Technologies/Web Development (HTML, CSS, some JavaScript).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • AWS Certification.
  • Previous insurance/financial experience.
