Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Arrange training sessions for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate, assign, and review work tasks to ensure efficient use of resources and meet deadlines.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, maintaining a well-stocked inventory and minimizing waste.
  • Operational Planning: Establish work schedules and procedures, planning and organizing operational logistics to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 to 44 hours per week.
