Job Overview

Bantrel Co. is in search of a skilled Interface Management Coordinator to oversee the coordination of all aspects related to interface management with the systemwide contractor and adjacent contracts. This role is crucial for the successful execution of the design, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure and rail systems associated with multiple stations and extensive new alignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Integration Manager in addressing all interface-related matters within the designated segment, collaborating with the Project Company, Technical Advisors, Clients, and various vendors.
  • Facilitate interface meetings and maintain a governance calendar, ensuring milestone dates for relevant discussions are tracked effectively.
  • Collect and evaluate information to confirm that information exchanges are agreed upon and that schedules are adhered to.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies and incentives aimed at mitigating risks associated with utility and construction interfaces.
  • Work alongside the project team to provide insights on contract management and interface challenges.
  • Analyze project schedules to ensure that interface requirements are considered, facilitating timely deliverables across the program.
  • Collaborate with the segment team to integrate the IDR process, constructability, and commissioning efforts.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a minimum of 10 years of experience in the rail sector and/or large-scale infrastructure initiatives; or a suitable combination of education, training, and experience.
  • A proven track record in Interface Management on significant multidisciplinary rail projects.
  • Strong skills in technical writing, data management, verbal communication, presentation, and instructional abilities.
  • A solid grasp of rail engineering practices, principles, and concepts.
  • Experience collaborating with teams and stakeholders in the execution and delivery of large infrastructure projects, with the ability to communicate effectively across various technical disciplines.
  • Knowledgeable in planning and executing high-value, complex lump-sum turnkey civil infrastructure projects.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications.
