Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement new sushi recipes and menu items to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to plan and execute menu offerings, ensuring high-quality ingredients and presentation.
- Inventory Management and Supply Chain
- Manage inventory levels and ordering of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality ingredients.
- Staff Training and Development
- Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff on sushi preparation techniques, kitchen safety, and food handling procedures.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills, driving improved customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Quality Control and Assurance
- Ensure that all sushi products meet our high standards for quality, presentation, and taste.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
