Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

  • Inventory Management and Supply Chain
    • Manage inventory levels and ordering of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality ingredients.
  • Staff Training and Development
    • Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff on sushi preparation techniques, kitchen safety, and food handling procedures.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills, driving improved customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Ensure that all sushi products meet our high standards for quality, presentation, and taste.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
