Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute environmental strategies in partnership with project teams;
- Offer guidance and expertise on environmental matters;
- Lead teams to implement essential environmental corrective measures;
- Assist clients with environmental challenges and site evaluations;
- Ensure subcontractors meet their contractual environmental commitments;
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure environmental compliance;
- Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics;
- Collaborate with project teams to create construction methods that minimize environmental impacts;
- Perform sampling as required on construction sites;
- Train and educate subcontractors and project teams on environmental best practices;
- Contribute to the preparation of necessary environmental documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in environmental science or a related discipline;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Fluency in French is essential;
- Willingness to travel to various project sites.
