About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Platform Lead to join our team at KPMG Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of e-commerce platforms for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of e-commerce platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, client relations, and project management, to deliver outstanding results.
  • Manage project teams and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work products.
  • Contribute to the development of our e-commerce practice, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in client service, with a focus on e-commerce and digital transformation.
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce platform implementation, with a strong understanding of systems integration and architecture.
  • Experience working in financial services, retail, consumer products, or government, with a focus on project-based work.
  • Consulting experience in e-commerce, with a strong understanding of e-commerce architecture components.
  • Ability to deliver presentations and facilitate workshops, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
