Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at SSP Canada. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest quality of food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of food and beverages to guests, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • One year of experience working in a food service environment.
  • Previous Barista experience is an asset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Ability to read, speak, and understand English in order to communicate with guests.
  • Ability to operate a keyboard and point-of-sale procedures.
  • Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
  • Ability to pass a Transport Canada 5-year background check.
