About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team at Next Power Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance organizational performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain effective operational processes, systems, and controls to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a high-performing team of senior executives, directors, and other staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact the organization's operations, reputation, or financial performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to maintain a strong reputation and avoid legal issues.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including employees, customers, partners, and investors.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, strategic planning, operational management, financial management, risk management, and communication skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, efficient, excellent oral and written communication, organized, and able to work under pressure.
