About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at SOUTH WEST BULK EXPRESS INC. as a key member of our financial services department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Accounts Receivable: Oversee the entire accounts receivable process, from invoicing to collections, to ensure timely and accurate payment from clients.
  • Manage Accounts Payable: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices.
  • Prepare Payroll: Assist in preparing and processing payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
