Job Title: Sr. Analyst - Talent Acquisition Project

Enbridge is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Analyst - Talent Acquisition Project to join our team. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting data to inform recruitment strategies and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights that inform recruitment strategies and drive business results.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
  • Manage the TA document management system and process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Visier and other HR systems, guiding team members on data analysis and reporting.
  • Support the TA Project team on various projects, leveraging data analysis and business acumen to drive results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and methods.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Workday and Visier.
  • Experience working in a large, diverse organization.
  • Completed or working towards a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
