Substitute Instructor for Early Childhood Education

Join Accoravillage, a dedicated organization committed to fostering growth and development in the education sector. We are looking for a passionate individual to fill the role of Substitute Instructor for our Early Learning and Child Care programs.

Our programs are designed to cater to various learning styles, ensuring that each student receives the support they need to thrive. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons according to established lesson plans.
  • Utilize multimedia presentations, facilitate discussions, and organize educational activities.
  • Support students in their online learning journeys, helping them understand key concepts and stay engaged.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to lead and engage a group of adult learners.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and interacting with students.

Availability:

  • Flexible, on-call shifts with a minimum commitment of 8 hours per month.
  • Availability required Monday to Friday evenings for class coverage.
  • Participation in occasional weekend events or training sessions may be necessary.
