Aerotek is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for reading blueprints, completing tilt-up construction, forming panels, footings, slabs, retaining walls, and stairs, and completing various forms of form work.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints to understand construction plans
  • Complete tilt-up construction, forming panels, footings, slabs, retaining walls, and stairs
  • Perform various forms of form work, including concrete formwork
  • Meet with the superintendent to identify daily focus and attend toolbox meetings
  • Work in a fast-paced industrial construction environment

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in construction as a Carpenter
  • Experience with Concrete Formwork
  • Possess own tools and tool belt + PPE
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Ability to get to all sites (car)
