Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Assistant to join our team at ASEES AMBAR JANITORIAL LTD. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our premises.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers, and ensure that all areas are free from clutter and debris.
  • Specialized Cleaning: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, and wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
  • Supervision: Supervise other workers and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Physical Demands: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, and work with minimal supervision.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
