Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Operations Manager to oversee our housekeeping department at Tofino Resort + Marina Inc. This role is crucial in ensuring that our facilities maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

  • Employment Type: Permanent
  • Language Requirement: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Educational Requirement: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience Requirement: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and teams.
  • Conduct inspections of designated areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance.
  • Supervise and support housekeeping staff in their daily tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
  • Schedule and assign duties to housekeeping personnel effectively.
