We are looking for a meticulous Senior Supervisor of Fabrication Processes with extensive experience in Oil & Gas equipment manufacturing. This position demands at least 8 years of leadership experience and a solid understanding of fabrication techniques. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple teams to guarantee the successful execution of projects while maintaining high safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage production operations
  • Collaborate with departments including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance
  • Guide department supervisors to foster collaboration and transparent communication
  • Oversee the performance evaluation of supervisors
  • Champion the company's core values
  • Engage in problem-solving and project scheduling
  • Assess project budgets and articulate resource needs
  • Work alongside production supervisors and contractors to ensure project completion
  • Ensure a safe working environment and adherence to safety protocols

Required Qualifications:

  • Journeyperson Certificate in a relevant discipline
  • 12 years of experience in assembly within a fabrication environment
  • 8-10 years of supervisory experience
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings
  • Familiarity with industry safety regulations
