We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Driver-Supervisor to join our team at MAJHA TRUCKING LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Truck Operations
    • Oversee the daily activities of our truck drivers, ensuring they are aware of their schedules, routes, and delivery deadlines.

  • Train and Develop Drivers

    • Conduct regular inspections of our fleet to ensure vehicles are in good working condition.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the trucking industry.
