PUMA is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

**Your Mission**

* Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
* Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of security
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to PUMA's visual merchandising standards
* Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory management
* Comply with all company policies, procedures, and operational core competencies

**Your Talent**

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused retail environment, preferably in the apparel or footwear industry
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills
* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
* Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs
* Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly

**Speed & Spirit**

* Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
* Overtime may be required in this position
