We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Technician to join our team in Preeceville, SK. As a key member of our Parts Department, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient sale, receipt, and delivery of parts and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external customers
  • Manage and maintain a well-organized parts room, ensuring easy access to products
  • Respond to phone inquiries related to the parts department, providing accurate and timely information
  • Offer expert advice to customers on additional parts that may enhance a repair or service
  • Assist in other areas of the parts department as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on internal and external customers
  • Strong knowledge of parts and machinery, with the ability to provide expert advice
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Experience working with software systems, with a focus on parts management
  • Ability to lift heavy parts, with a focus on safety and efficiency
  • Valid driver's license, with a focus on safe and responsible driving practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, with a focus on meeting customer needs
  • Farming background or experience, with a focus on agricultural knowledge and expertise
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a parts department environment, with a focus on leadership and teamwork
  • Journeyman Parts Designation, with a focus on advanced knowledge and skills
