As a Caravel Lawyer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering a comprehensive range of legal services to clients across various sectors and sizes.

What qualifications will you bring?

  • 2 to 10 years of relevant in-house and/or private practice experience (Counsel).
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant in-house and/or private practice experience (Mid-Counsel).
  • 10 or more years of relevant in-house and/or private practice experience (Senior Counsel).
  • Expertise in either Commercial work (drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements) and/or Transactional work (M&A, Financings, etc.), and/or corporate governance and maintenance.
  • Capability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
