Key Responsibilities:

  • Install wind turbine components, adhering to strict safety protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough visual inspections for damage and ensure safe lifting operations.
  • Establish strong communication with crane operators and maintain control of loads using taglines.
  • Operate equipment such as telehandlers, skid steers, and manlifts.
  • Perform general site clean-up and maintenance tasks to ensure organizational standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to work long hours (10-14 hours) and relocate to remote work areas.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Good physical condition, reflexes, and physical strength.
  • Comfort working in confined spaces, at heights up to 400ft, and in high-stress environments.
  • Ability to work in teams, communicate effectively, and identify problems with solutions.
