Job Title: Operations Consultant

Join Sephora, a leading luxury beauty retailer, as an Operations Consultant and contribute to the success of our stores. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our stores, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and professional service to clients, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist in training other team members on Point-of-Sale (POS) and MPOS systems.
  • Maintain store presentation standards, including cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist in merchandising and visual displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Process shipments and inventory, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Organize and maintain stockroom, adhering to company standards.
  • Communicate with supervisors and management regarding inventory issues and concerns.
  • Participate in inventory control and ensure compliance with sampling policies.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
  • Good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and provide excellent customer service.
  • Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
  • Work in a fragrance-filled environment.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Bend and stretch to stock shelves.
