About the Role:

V2Soft is seeking a highly skilled Design Release Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful release of automotive components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop automotive components
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Travel to the US for meetings and onsite testing
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in design/release engineering in the automotive industry
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Aerospace/Aeronautical, or Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited university
  • Experience with body hardware components, such as latches, window regulators, door hardware, mechanisms, electromechanical, power lift gate, sunroofs, power closures, aero, active grill shutters, lift gate, tail gate, closures, convertible tops, and mirrors
  • Excellent program management and communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
