Position: Building Services Mechanical Specialist

As a Building Services Mechanical Specialist, your primary role will involve executing and overseeing the essential schematics for the assembly of modular structures. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting and coordinating the design of ventilation, plumbing, and heating systems utilizing REVIT software;
  • Creating piping schematics, conducting site assessments, and engaging in drafting tasks and drawing validation;
  • Assisting in the formulation of concepts and solutions, including budget estimations;
  • Engaging in various mechanical building projects and providing insightful recommendations;
  • Facilitating collaboration between the manufacturing facility and the construction site regarding relevant matters.

Qualifications:

  • A college diploma (DEC) in building mechanics or a college certificate (AEC) in refrigeration, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning;
  • Competence in the Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with REVIT software (training for upgrades available);
  • Understanding of the National Building Code;
  • Highly organized and self-sufficient;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
