Pharmacy Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Team Member to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Pharmacy Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, prepare, and deliver prescriptions accurately and timely
  • Ensure adequate inventory levels to meet patient needs
  • Counsel patients and document interactions
  • Prepare and dispense medications and over-the-counter supplements
  • Review and control costs within the dispensary
  • Provide training to new and existing pharmacy colleagues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree
  • Class A Pharmacist license
  • Excellent leadership and performance management skills
  • Proven ability to build business using community-based marketing strategies
  • Strong personal computing skills and knowledge of KROLL Pharmacy Computer system
