Role Overview:

Reporting to the Senior Planning Manager, the Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for managing the sales forecasting process, which is crucial for planning production and distribution of our products, as well as sourcing raw materials.

This position will also involve supporting the implementation of a new ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales and inventory data to refine forecasts and identify trends.
  • Collaborate with sales and planning teams to enhance forecast accuracy.
  • Develop strategies for inventory management and production capacity planning.
  • Document findings and prepare reports to facilitate future planning.
  • Conduct weekly data analysis to identify anomalies and variables affecting forecasts.
  • Maintain the Sales and Operations Plan (S&OP) in collaboration with company leaders.
  • Assist in setting inventory targets and resolving supply and demand conflicts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, statistics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in demand planning and analysis.
  • Familiarity with R, Python, and VBA is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and Power Queries.
  • APICS - CPIM certification is an asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
