PUR & SIMPLE Breakfast & Lunch Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at PUR & SIMPLE Breakfast & Lunch. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and prevent cross-contamination.
  • Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Portioning and Wrapping: Portion and wrap foods according to our menu specifications.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that all waste is disposed of properly.
  • Housekeeping: Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including floors, walls, and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
