Reservations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at OK TOUR COMPANY LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of our travel agency.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Leadership and Training: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management to inform business decisions and improve productivity.
- Customer Service: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
