We are in search of a skilled Project Controls Supervisor who will ensure the integrity and efficiency of project controls governance, methodologies, tools, and performance metrics within the Project Management Organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate procedures, tools, and best practices for precise project management
  • Guide the PMO team to adhere to project controls standards
  • Delegate tasks to establish and uphold effective controls for projects
  • Facilitate informed decision-making with reliable data
  • Manage resource forecasting at the portfolio level
  • Enhance scheduling, earned-value management, change management, and risk management principles
  • Collaborate with FHES Management to ensure efficient project execution
  • Coordinate meetings to guarantee successful project results
  • Communicate project data and performance indicators to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • 10 years of relevant experience
  • 5 years of experience in project controls
  • Expertise in project management principles and data analysis
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in project controls within a project-based organization
  • 5 years of experience managing a Project Controls Team
  • Familiarity with the nuclear energy production sector
  • Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and database management
  • PMP certification
  • Experience in the development and maintenance of Project Controls
