Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with electrical equipment.
  • Equipment Installation and Repair: Install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment, including motors, pumps, and other machinery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all electrical work meets quality and safety standards, and that all equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure that electrical systems and equipment are functioning properly and that production schedules are met.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all electrical work is performed in accordance with safety protocols and regulations, and that all equipment is properly maintained and inspected.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in electrical technology or a related field an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical maintenance and repair, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment, including troubleshooting and repair techniques; ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals; excellent communication and teamwork skills.
