About the Job

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrical Specialist to join our team at Stage Windows & Doors. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems to prevent downtime and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures to minimize equipment failures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless production operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repair logs and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our facility remains compliant with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate education or relevant Trades certification
  • 4+ years of building operator or maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
