As a Solar Solutions Sales Specialist, your role will involve engaging with potential clients in their residences, utilizing leads generated by the company or those you identify independently, which can enhance your earning potential. Your primary responsibility will be to educate customers on the advantages of renewable energy and outline their options for transitioning to solar power. Comprehensive training and resources will be provided to ensure your effectiveness in this role.

- Able to successfully close sales with qualifying homeowners
- Minimum age of 18 years

Responsibilities:
- Work outside of a traditional office setting within your assigned sales territory
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Participate in 2-3 sales training sessions weekly
- Engage in competitive sales challenges at both the office and company levels
- Conduct solar consultations, educate clients on renewable energy, and guide them through the sales process
- Address client inquiries and concerns effectively
- Maintain respectful and professional interactions with customers, vendors, and colleagues
