We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Greenhouse Labourer to join our team at ELKLAKEGARDENCENTRELTD. As a key member of our greenhouse operations, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, ensuring the health and safety of plants, and contributing to the overall success of our gardening team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform weeding, potting, and transplanting tasks to maintain a healthy and thriving plant population.
  • Handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment, standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed.
  • Work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and maintain a positive and productive work atmosphere.
  • Ensure attention to detail in all tasks, including weighing and handling plants, and maintaining accurate records as required.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including wet, damp, and hot environments.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and situations.
