About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Swing Manager to join our team at McDonald's. Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.

Requirements

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and you will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. You will also be required to bend, crouch, and kneel as part of your duties.
