Your role and contributions

  • Process Purchase Orders, liaise with suppliers, and ensure timely receipt of parts
  • Manage activities related to invoices and pricing discrepancies
  • Foster supplier relationships to enhance customer satisfaction while optimizing quality, timelines, and costs
  • Oversee and confirm the delivery of components to production in collaboration with internal partners
  • Track and maintain Operational and Financial Key Performance Indicators
  • Engage with various multi-disciplinary teams including Logistics, Programs, Finance, Production, and Quality
  • Adhere to contractual agreements with suppliers
  • Negotiate and implement change management requests while securing necessary purchase order requirements

Qualifications for success

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration or Operations Management with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience
  • Experience with SAP and BAAN is an asset
  • Strong ethical standards and a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent analytical, planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written
