In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing accounts receivable operations and maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts receivable transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Conduct account reconciliations to ensure all payments are properly recorded.
  • Utilize software tools such as Sage, Excel, and Outlook for daily tasks.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities by generating reports and reconciling accounts.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of accounts receivable procedures and policies.
  • Provide backup support for Accounts Payable functions.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar position.
  • Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
