About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Printing Machine Operator to join our team at True Color Display Printing Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our high-speed color copiers and printing machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Maintain Equipment: Ensure that all printing machines and equipment are clean and well-maintained to ensure optimal performance.
  • Set Up and Adjust Machines: Set up and make adjustments to printing machines to meet specific job requirements.
  • Operate and Monitor Machines: Operate and monitor printing machines during print runs, making adjustments as needed to ensure high-quality output.
  • Provide Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Review Work Orders: Review work orders to determine job specifications and ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Environment: Noisy work site environment.
  • Work Setting: Quick print company or in-house print shop.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking; ability to distinguish between colors; manual dexterity; attention to detail; and hand-eye coordination.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 35 hours per week.
